CHECK IN
All teams are required to complete team check-in by August 24th.
A complete check-in includes all of the following:
- 2025/26 Official roster (either USYS or US Club) uploaded to Check In Form
- 2025/26 player passes (including guest players) uploaded to Check In Form
- Team Check In Form submitted
Managers are required to be in possession of a signed medical waiver for each player, but they do not need to be uploaded.
The VYSA medical waiver can be found here. US Club waivers are also acceptable.
Once approved, a tournament stamped roster will emailed to the manager and coach emails entered in the Check In Form.
